 Phase
II of our ambitious expansion plan is finished and we formerly merged
the new part with the old part October 22, 2006. We had an open house
on that date to show case to all of Chicago how good an Animal Hospital
can be. It was a huge success, with hundreds of people visiting us
from far and wide. All of us at Portage Park Animal Hospital are very
proud of what was accomplished with a minimum of disruption to our
clients. Our staff deserves special praise especially Janet, who made
it a "Mission from God" to make sure our transition went
as smoothly for you, your pets and our staff as possible. McCarthy
construction did an excellent job with quality workers. The interior
designer, Stacy and our architectural team, Douglas Schroeder and
Associates made sure we had a very comfortable and functional place
to work that will be an important part of our community for many years
to come. Thanks also goes to our Alderman, Thomas Allen and city workers
who were very helpful in getting this project started. And finally
the most thanks goes to our clients. Without your support both financial
and emotional, we could not have built this Hospital. Your vote of
confidence means a lot to all of us at Portage Park Animal Hospital
and we will work very hard to keep your trust as we strive to provide
the best in Veterinary care. |
